Wireless networking - can only access few websites

A real brain teaser this one! I've got wireless networking set up in my office and all seems to work ok when swapping files between computers etc. The problem comes when I try to browse the internet fro the portable machines. Google works fine, as does a few other websites but I can't access ebay or yahoo!

I've spoken to sitecom (the wireless card providers) and even they can't help. I'm using BT broadband if that makes any differene......

The normal cannot find page blurb.

Works fine from the host computer!

Double check your DNS settings on the portable machine, chances are it is resolving a few sites out of its cache but other sites aren't getting resolved.

Failing that, if you're feeling super techie - get a copy of Ethereal and compare the HTTP interractions on both machines.
