In stunningly typical fashion MS have released the first Patch for XP SP2

And of course a new flaw has been found regarding the buffering of JPG images, Looks interestin| http://news.com.com/Code+to+exploit+Windows+graphics+flaw+now+public/2100-1002_3-5378260.html?tag=nefd.top to say the least (although the article looks to be scary people ).

When the patch is ready for download, Windows Update will have it.

The MS04-028 patch is currently being tested in the US and should be avilable shortly.

There are "proof of concepts" available, but as yet there are no virus or trojans taking advantage of the vulnerability, but it is only a matter of time.

Bascially, stick to the golden rules. If you do not know the person who has mailed you; don't open it. If you are sent a browser link you didn't ask for; don't follow it...

After gettign SP2 to now work and deciding to set up SUS at work...another long story why can't you set internet security below medium...

Anyonr know how to set it below medium with service pack 2, or do you just have to do a custom setting??
