We've used Demon for about 2.5 years - brilliant service.

It's never fallen over or had any down time.

I can't comment on the customer service, I've never had to call them.

agree with above. Demon do a great job for us.

We also have some legend lines which have been generally OK, customer service was more than acceptable on the few occasions we'd had problems.

Been with Demon for years with no problems. However have just got broadband and have moved to Enta. So far they seem very good and their customer service seems good as well.

Why did I move? 'cos it's nearly £10/month cheaper.
