Cant contact LDAP directory (81)
Discussion
In Outlook XP (2002), choose Address Book from the Tools menu. Now
choose Options from the Address Book's Tools menu. In the options
dialog, make sure "Show this address list first" shows "Outlook
Address Book". Next, if Active Directory is listed in the "When
sending mail, check names using these address lists" list, then select
Active Directory and Remove it. Doing this (and exiting and
restarting Outlook XP) seems to have gotten rid of the LDAP (81)
errors.
