I've been using Opera for a while as it has some nice features, the main one being new windows are displayed as tabs at the bottom of the toolbar rather than whole new windows.

Is it possible to do this in internet explorer 6.0 (SP2)either by standard setting or by a patch/modification?

Regards to Mozilla,How do you open the files in the cache? I know the "open with" dialogue box pops up but what do you use?

I guess if you really wanted to then you could probably achieve this sort of functionality using multiple IE COM objects embedded in a separate interface, but wouldn't it just be easier to use one of the other browsers that does this for you?

I've just installed Firefox. How do I set it so when I click on a quiklaunch link it opens a new tab rather than a new version of Opera. I can't find that in the tabs section...

First, make Firefox the default browser. Tools >Options >General . Tick Default Browser and then 'Check Now'.

Second to open in a new tab you either middle click or Ctrl + Left click. By default the new tab will open behind the tab you are currently viewing. If you want it to open in front of the tab you are viewing then Tools > Options > Advanced and in the Browsing section tick 'Select new tabs opened from links'
