Sony P800 Synchronisation

This has been puzzling me for a while. I can quite happily synchronise the P800 with my Outlook 2003 database, but not in the way I want.
I like to keep my outlook contacts in separate folders, say A and B. I can easily sync one folder, say A, with the phone, but then when I sync the other folder, B, it puts the data from folder B onto the phone and in the process takes the folder A data from the phone and puts it into folder B in outlook. It is essential that I can synch both ways, so selecting one way sync is not an option
Is there a way to easily synchronise multiple outlook contact folders with the phone, keeping the same folder arrangement on both devices.? I used to be able to do it with my old Palm V using Chapura Pocket Sync.
