SE P900 software

I think the disc's supplied with my new phone are corrupt
I have managed to download the phonesuite from the Sonyericsson website but cant get it to comunicate with the dock but i can with infrared! yet to try bluetooth though, is there anythin i need on these discs to cure this?
Also i tried out the handwriting recognition but its setup for 'Simplified Chinese' anyone know how to change this?
According to SE website i have all latest software installed in phone.

Have you installed the drivers for the docking station. They are separate from the Phone Suite.
