Titan telecom threats etc

Hi all I hope this is the right section

Basically to cut the story short:

I took a contract out with titan telecom for my place of business about 7 months ago. 2 weeks later I was having problems with the line and the WiFi box cutting out constantly

I replaced the phone and the WiFi box and the same thing is happening again

With the phone, If i call it, the phone wont ring

They sent bt down and bt said theres nothing wrong with it and now they are saying they are going to take me to court because im refusing to pay the £120 fee for bt call out

any ideas?

Ithink your going to have to pay the bt bill.. I deal with them a lot for adsl etc and every single time we have a fault they say if they dont find one or its your equipment then you will be charged. if you agreed to that your stuffed... if Titan arranged it all and bt just turned up then maybe as you didnt agree to the charge.
