To use suprnova.org do u need to get any client software or is it a simple case of finding the file you want and clicking it to download? This method just seems to download a .torrent file.
Any advice please....

you need a bit torrent client.

I just read the FAQ on the forum and away you go!

Just need a bittorrent client ie like ABC or something like that.

Mkake sure you read through this, and ensure you open your firewall up for uploading to get the download speed.
