I've picked up a USB pendrive at Storage Expo (well actually it was on my own stand...). Inside the pack is the normal paraphenalia like driver CD and pieces of string.

But it also comes with a connector - basically at each end is the standard USB connector you would plug in to a PC.

What can I use it for?! It certainly won't plug in to my pendrive

Whiping people with

the metal ends hurt..

Alternativly you could use it to connect 2 USB devices together, or just as part of a USB extension cable.

Guess it was supposed to be an extension lead but somebody goofed. Maybe if you let the suppliers know they will give you a proper extension lead.
