I want to be able to attach a calendar softcopy to an email. I could do it in Notes but can't find out how to do it in outlook. Any idea's would be appreciated

I can think of 2 ways:

1. Save the calendar as an html page and email that to the recipient. With the calendar open, click File > Save as web page. Follow the prompts and send all the files generated to the recipient.

2. Export your outlook database (.pst file) but filter it only to export the calendar. Send the resulting .pst file to the recipient for them to import.

File > Import and Export > Outlook. Select Export to a file > Next , Select Personal Folder File (.pst) > Next, Select the folder to export (ie Calendar), enter a Path and name and click Finish.

Of course you could use outlook web access and let them look at it directly

That would be too easy. This is for our CEO. All he wants to do is open an email and see where he should be.

Ah, write something in cdo to read his calendar entries and mail it to him?

Just drag the calendar item (unopened) onto the email.
