Free ISO Buster type thng for CDs

I have a couple of old CD's used for backup that were created using Adaptec EasyCD Buggererupper. I have since binned it and use Nero, now I don't want to reinstall adaptec because of the conflict issues with Nero but some of my CD's are still open (weren't finalised), can't find the Adaptec disc anyway.

I know of ISO Buster that can read these cd's but is there a free one out there that can either finalise the Cd or read/copy off the contents. I only want to use it twice on two CD's so hence the free software option not the buy type.

I had a similar problem, left a couple of re-writable discs open. I downloaded the UDF reader for winXP that enabled me to copy what was on the discs. Only a small reader program and easy to uninstall after if you don't want to use it again. And it's free
