Hi,

Thought i would give the heads up on a ipad screen holder that i have just bought.

Got it from Asda, the make is "Trust" and only £10, seems to do the job and a good price. Looked for one one of these online recently and were a lot more, and before you ask i won't be putting it in the middle of the screen blocking my view unlike some satnav users,

I struggle to see how an Ipad could could go anywhere on a windscreen and not block your vision, there quite a size.

Fair point. I've got one in the Land Rover and there's now an entire square foot of Defender bonnet that I can't see frown

Well if he holds the ipad it can make watching a movie a touch difficult, he also may end up spilling his coffee.

'Trust' is a known brand of low end tech goods that do a reasonable job.

Just for the occasional use of "Navfree" which is a free sat nav app and with a bog enough screen to see,

There is nothing more comical then an iPad dash/windscreen mount...

Talk about over compensating....

Yes there is. People using them as cameras. Never ceases to make me laugh, especially when they then pull out a brand new iphone which actually has a better camera. Numpties.

Is it a mini or a full size one?

Full size would be quite the size & esp the weight, is the mount solid when driving?

Trust is indeed a known brand that make budget stuff. I've had bad experiences with their electronics, but they do churn out some decent stuff (their UPS range is quite good).
