Being totaly in the dark I'm looking for pointers on appropriate software for a Housebuilder to introduce to collate track and manage customers from initial reservation through to sale and afterword customer care if they have a problem.

So far I've only found out about a company called sunrise. Any other suggestions.

Requirement is for only about 3-5 users and cheap so a full blown bespoke program may be too expensive.

Thoughts please. Any Phers that sell this let me know.

Odd - we actually use Sunrise to track our customers!

How do you find sunrise their enterprise software could do the job and I could afford it. Any other suggestions
