How do I reduce the concerntration of images on my computer? I have something I was to transfer to Fotango but it is too large/big for them to accept? I think I need to make it Jpeg format?

www.ifanview.com does the same, but has a batch function making it slightly faster if you are doing lots.

Yep, right-click/resize pictures. It's a bit brutal, but it does the job.

You spelled the URL wrong. It's;

www.irfanview.com

Likely the best piece of free software I've ever seen.
