Sony STR-DB940

Does anyone know where I can get hold of a circuit board diagram for a sony STR-DB940 Amp/reciever? I think a relay may be on the way out as it is "clicking" and volume to the rear speakers drops out. I've tried the Sony web site, but it's about 4 years old, and can't find anything.
