If I buy a wireless router with all the bells and whistles (and same make cards for PC's and laptops) this will all be able to work fine together - even at the products boosted speeds (i'm favouring products from DLink as they seems to be the fastest in test results).
My question is If I buy and older B CF wireless card for my Zaurus PDA will it slow the whole network down when running in compatibility mode or will other devices on the network run at the highest speed whilst the B card will run at it's slow 11mpbs or so.

If you have an B connections to the router, everything runs at the lower speed.

Oh Dear that's a bit pants - are any of then auto sensing? - i.e. if the B device is offline it will step up to the high speed automatically. - Or alternativly does anyone know of a G Compact flash adapter - can't seem to find one at the moment.

Haven't tried it myself but got the impression from the documentation that the speed was determined dynamically and automatically.
