Oracle8i deftran table filling

Folks,

We are having problems with the deftran table filling up. Over a period of about a week we are getting about 90,000 records in this table and it steadily grows.

We are only replicating across two servers that are plugged into the same switch so don't suspect anything there.

I suspect that maybe the purge job isn't running properly can anyone give me a few things to look at (prefereably some sql to execute) - I'm a bit out of my :glugglugsmilie: depth here.

Extend the tablespace or checkout the dbms_job package. You can setup your own purge job.

Note if you go the dbms_job route, you will need to set the job_queue setting in the init.ora file > 0.
