Stealthy surfing on Mac OS X?

Does anybody know of any good browsers (of methods of browing) that are unobtrusive for OS X?

By stealthy - I mean hard to observe over one's shoulder sort of thing - such as text only browsers.

Surely it's not just PC users who like a quick surf at work?

No. I just don't want it to be obvious that I'm on Pistonheads if someone glances at my computer screen.
(It's on of those very big & very bright Apple cinema monitors - so it's very ledgible over a great distance).

It it true you can diplay web paged through MS Word?
