Paint Shop Pro 9
Discussion
I have a load of digital images taken at full res on a 5MP digital camera. I need to resize them using PP9 so I can load then onto a website.
How exactly do I go about this? I can use either an iMac or PC to do the resizing, whichever is easier.
Also I need to blank out number plates and replace with my own design. Again, any help would be much appreciated.

For bulk resizing and cropping, I find Picasa (www.picasa.com) to be a bloody godsend. It's free.
For number plate removal, I use photoshop to select the lettering and run a filter on it. I expect Paintshop Pro can do the same thing.
Edit: Picasa also makes publishing to the Internet a doddle - it generated this website for me in minutes: www.minimeme.co.uk/photos/eurohoon/

PSP 5 always did a batch convert for quality, but not size.
File->Batch Conversion
Specify source and destination and it will compress the image qualiry.
I found then you have open all the images and resize them by hand. PSP 9 may have improved on this and allow for resizing also.
Fireworks has an automated resize and quality batch conversion option...
