As some of you may know, there was an app that you could get for iPhones/Android called Flappy Birds. It was loved by many people and it has now been taken down and people are selling iPhones with Flappy Birds on it for thousands on eBay.

So what's the script? Is eBay legally binding? Will people who have bid thousands for these phones actually have to pay?

Here's a link to show you.

I doubt anyone is actually buying it, it will have started with someone listing one for huge amounts, and a load of people too thick to realise that an auction listing price isn't the accepted value of a phone, and everyone tries to cash in with the same idea.

I'm sure you can still get the download installer packages if you look hard enough.

Never heard of Flappy Bird. What's so special about it?

It's exceptionally irritating.

As of yesterday, mainly that you can't get hold of it any more.

I downloaded this app the other day to see what the fuss was all about. Then deleted it 30 seconds later. If anyone shells out for a phone with this app on, I have the top of Everest for sale at a reasonable price, 1st class postage as well.
