Xbox live

Having trouble setting up my boys xbox live via ntl broadband. Any tips? have tried all the setups and trouble shooting but still no go.

Need to be a bit more specific

You will need to add the MAC address of the XBox into the address allowed to access the internet through your cable modem.

There are several guides on the web and on C+W's site to show you how to get this sorted.

I reckon its a virus problem in my pc thats not allowing me to get the correct ip, dns and other neccesary numbers for the xbox console
