Looking for a new web host

Need hosting for two web sites...

Both:
- linux based (preferably with plesk)
- php + cgi-bin + server side includes
- multiple email addresses (forwarding, mailboxs and groups that I can modify)
- preferably with telnet access

Site 1:
- min. 20mb space
- min. 3gb per month traffic

Site 2:
- min. 100mb space
- should be no more than 1gb per month traffic

Current host is not reliable enough and has now been hacked twice.

Anyone here help? A rough idea of cost would be nice

You wont find many virtual hosts offering ssh/telnet simply due to the hacking aspect of it.

I seem to recall summin like 95% of all hacks require local access to servers.

Far too expensive. The "smaller" site is my personal site and the other is a ".org" so money is very tight.

Telnet would have been nice but it's not vital.
