Quick Time film edit

I need to rotate a small .mov file through 90 degrees to put in a presentation. Does anyone have any advice about how to do this or point me to some (free!) software that I can download and use?

It can be done using Final Cut, i'm not aware of any free software that can do it.

ditto, don't know of any free software that would do it, might put some thought into a .mov to .avi converstion, rotation, conversion back from .avi to .mov maybe..........................but.

There is a free solution available that needs no software, just follow these easy steps.

1) Pick up monitor.
2) Rotate through 90 degrees.
3) Proper job

I knew some smart arse would say that!
I've got it into .avi but the quality has been reduced quite a bit.
