Ipad restriction code

I've forgotten mine and can't connect to iTunes, how do I reset it?

I think you may have to restore it 'from new'.

It explains on there that you can use a previous backup that was taken before you set the restrictions code, rather than start from scratch. I'm going to hazard a guess that you don't have such a backup though.
