I currently have the above on my PC, but haven't used it recently. I have heard that using it is a 'no no' these days, as some users have received summonses for downloading music files. How true is this.

From what I have read so far the prosecutions have been against the worst offenders, those with a huge amount files that they share, I don't think leechers (those that down load but do not allow upload) are a huge worry to them at present, nor those just sharing a few files.

What constitutes a few files I don't know, what I do know is that if I shared all my cd's it would be in the high thousands (tracks) and the cases so far seem to state "many thousands"
