Automatic MSN annoying

My daughter installed MSN Messenger.

When I turn the computer on, it comes onto the screen everytime, inviting her to sign in.

I've created a shortcut to desktop and want to stop it coming on screen automatically.

How do I do that?

Erm there is a way i just got to find it again.!

Open messanger, gotot TOOLS > OPTIONS > GENERAL TAB > DESELECT THE TOP OPTION FOR SIGN IN.

Top option is right, but it's called automatically run messenger when I log onto windows... ish

If you go to File>Run and type in MSCONFIG you can turn on or off all the startup programs
