SD Memory card lost 92Mb!

I have just re-installed TomTom2 on my PocketPc and tried to install the maps back onto my SD card.

Moved all the old files out to a temp file on my PC and then tried to add a clean copy of the maps onto the now empty SD Card.

Problem is that it thinks it still has 92Mb in use, check the card by drilling down through My PC, G Drive etc and it is empty.

Any ideas for 'resetting' it to zero?

Does it need Formatting? (Just had to do this for my camera).
