Question!

Mrs Meeja, whilst being a regular user of a computer at work, is not the greatest when it comes to using Word and Excel.

Are there any online courses/tutorials that she could use? Particularly anything that would give a certificate at the end of the course?

The European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) is a course of study with a qualification that's recognised by most employers as it demonstrates basic computer 'literacy'.
It's not rocket science either.
