Lexmark Z705 printer

I have a Lexmark Z705 printer and for some reason it has stopped printing colours. Its prints in black with no problem but I get no colour coming through. I have done all the obvious checks (changed to new cartridge, cleaned nozzles etc) but still can figure it out. Could anyone help me please?

have you verified all the options? (in case there is a black and white only one)

Have you verified you have the latest driver?

Do you have access to an other machine on which you can try the printer?

checked the options. downloaded the latest driver. maybe its just faulty. shame because its just over a year old and is hardly used. for what they cost i might just bin it and get a new one.
