Orange Problems Today?

[arcturus]

Have a friend with an orange phone that is suddenly (for the past 24 hours) not able to receive texts from vodafone and o2 phones. Receives ok from other orange phones. Orange customer support not very helpful apparently.

Have tried rebooting the phone.

Anyone know of any network problems?
