Mitsubishi Diamond pro 930sb frame collapse!!!
Discussion
My monitor's playing up to the point where I have had to dig out a crappy 17" 'goldfish bowl' monitor!
The problem is that the Mitsubishi monitor seems to lose the vertical picture, leaving a thin horozontal white line across the centre of the screen,,, it started kust doing it a few times a week, but now has seemingly given up the ghost altogether!
Does anyone know if this can be fixed, ie a new chip?
I love the monitor, picture perfect (was!!), and I can't get it anymore!
Cheers

If it is a CRT and out of waranty, try dragging it down to the local TV repair place, if it's a big name brand (Mitsubishi) they'll be able to order any spares for it quite easily.
From experience of a TV workshop a lot of frame collapse situations are caused by dry joints inside the beast, takes 10 - 15 for someone to fix.

, Trouble is finding a reputable repair shop that won't rip me off to the extent that I could have bought a new one for the cost of fixing.
