Dell DLT Driver problem

Just connected a Dell Powervault 110T SDLT to our backup Powervault 770N NAS and I'm getting a Service Control Manager flag when Windows 2k starts.
Says the following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load dlttape-VRTS
Tape drive appears to be working fine however. Any ideas. It's bugging me !

It's one long happy year since I left Veritas - so I'm a bit rusty but...
1) Download latest Veritas drivers from www.support.veritas.com
2) Download and install latest SCSI drivers for your SCSI card
3) Download and install latest firmware for the tape device.
If it's still not working - Veritas do give free tech support via the link above - be warned, it's in India!
