Which RAM - how do I tell

How can I tell what sort of RAM my relatively antique computer is using? Need to get another 256 or so, but don't know what to look for. Cheers

www.crucial.co.uk has a little dooferry that you download and it interrogates the memory and tells you what you need.

Or download sisoft sandra and run the memory diagmosis, should tell you whats in it.
