Can anyone assist with a solution. Turn PC on neither mouse nor keyboard work. Re boot it and both work fine? Happens EVERYTIME. Needs to start, be shut down and re start and for both work? Windows XP home
Its a long shot, and I don't know a fix - but sounds like the difference could be in the registry. Something to do with hard boots (cold startup) and soft boots (reboot).
Hopefully this might jog somebody else in to helping
