Anyone used Mazuma?
Discussion
Just upgraded to the new iPhone 6S+ (slightly regret going for the +, as its mahoosive!)
So have a redundant 5S 32GB to dispose of.
Now its been pretty abused over the last 2 years of working on building sites with no case, so its got a fair few scratches and the odd dent in the alloy back. But all works fine, and the screen is not cracked.
Ive just had a quote from Mazuma for £205 which sounds very good to me.
It appears Mazuma only have two categories, either working or not working, and say they won't reduce pay for cosmetic condition.
Im just a little concerned, as i got conned by "cash4phones" with my last iPhone who basically stole it, and got nothing for it!
So as anyone used Mazuma, and did they payout exactly as they state?, along with cosmetic damage?
Cheers

Use them regularly and they've been flawless. They just want the phone, no ancillaries like box or charger, and as you say, they are only interested in working or non working, also for iPhones, they differentiate on locked vs unlocked now for a few extra pounds. Process is super easy. Fill in form, they send a prepaid envelope and you can track the process.
Once received and tested, they will pay by preferred payment method, I always go for bank transfer which is immediate, in the past, I've also gone for the Argos voucher for the extra amount.

I've used them loads of time with no problems or hassles whatsoever - while their prices maybe a tad lower than the competitors, they make up for it by providing a great service. E.g sent my iphone 6 to them, which the post office claim got lost in their system, told Mazuma this, and they extended the order by a few more weeks in case it turned up so that i would be able to receive the price they quoted.
