That Sony MP3 player

Ok So my son did get the Sony NW-HD3. And the Sonicstage software will not run. All I get is that the omjgbox.exe will not run as it has encountered a problem. Any body come across this one or know a forum I can enquire at??

I have installed on 2 machines. One meant it upgraded from SonicStage1 on a Win XP Home o/s. The other was a fresh install on Win XP Pro.

Both work but the readme file does indicate some possible limitations, the need for upgrading any existing OMg Jukebox software and the requirement to run the install from an Administrator account.

Sony help do respond but seem to take 3 or 4 days before an email hits the top of the pile.

Try uninstall then re-install?

Its One of Microsofts Updates. Tracked it down on Microsoft.com. You need to replace it with another Update.Full explanation here.
