pasting links

could someone tell me how I paste a link into lotus notes to a web page I want people to find. I tried just copying the address an dpasting but that doesnt work.

paste the link into your mail, then drag cursor over text to highlight it, and from the tool bar select "Create", "hotspot", "link hotspot". In the value box enter the full address of the link.

Works for me at work (Notes house)
