Streaming bluetooth audio on an iPhone?
Discussion
I'm contemplating an iPhone and currently use Android.
When I'm in the car I use the TuneIn Radio to stream music to the car audio over bluetooth.
On Android this works fine, and of course Android does proper multi-tasking so I can go into email, texts, whatever other app I need when the situation permits (no I don't do this whilst driving before anyone suggests it).
My question is about the limited multi-tasking/background app support that I think iOS has.
How does it work if you're streaming audio and you go into a different app?

How bad do you think it is?
Yes, that all works fine. Supports the track info display and controls via Bluetooth, and can be paired to many Bluetooth devices at the same time too.
When I last used an iPad I used the iPlayer app and part way through a program I pressed the "home" button and went into Safari to google something I'd seen on the program.

The iPlayer program didn't continue to play in the background, it stopped completely and started from scratch when I went back into it, which I didn't expect.
So I know of course that it'll play and stream, what I wanted to know is what happens if I pull over and go into email or texts? Will the audio continue to stream?
