Gah. my new job. ive been trying to piece together what the previous people were doing. No solution files, no project files, no documentation, backups mixed in with the production code, production code with redundant code in it, hard coded urls etc. all over the place, huge pies wearing hats, stuff that was never finished. People appear to have been jack of all trades, not even close to competent at any.

On the plus side, I am regarded as a demi-god because I fixed something yesterday that theyd been wanting fixed for months and not been able to figure out how. Must have taken all of 5 minutes.
