school software - file managemnet progs

Anyone know of any software that will simulate file management? we're a school and need the kids to learn about file management - ie using windows explorer to create folders etc but at the mo we dont allow them access to explorer for security purposes. so a simulation type program would be ideal? any ideas?

Learn Direct has that sort of stuff.

Why not create a server somewhere where the kids can remote login and have rights - it doesn't have to be connected to the Internet or have any backward privledges and can of course be restored regulary if no important data is stored on it.

Or use VN Ware?

That way you can create a virtual image of the server, and rebuild at will
