^ what does that have to do with edge?
It seems Chrome is fast becoming the resource hog nowadays.
A rose by any other name.It seems Chrome is fast becoming the resource hog nowadays.
So in actuality, you could argue that Chrome and Firefox are more like IE than Edge.

Yes it does, since the Anniversary Edition update. I wouldn't have switched without AdBlock.
Educate the ignorant. How do I get the update, and how do I install an adblocker to Edge? It's the number one reason I don't use it regularly.
Ooh! Nevermind. Have just found the extensions option in the App store. Whoop!

It works nicely with extensions, I didn't use it until they were available but its probably my main browser now. I don't think MS help themselves by releasing unfinished software sometimes. It's the number one reason I don't use it regularly.

This is my first post using Edge. I wouldn't by any stretch of the imagination call it fast but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt for now and stick with it to see if things improve.Edit: I think a problem was that I had both Ghostery and Adguard. Having disabled Ghostery, it seems to be much better.
