I'm struggling here, I admit I'm not a great fan of computers and data bases, but my new job requires it so.....

I've inherited quick books, but I want it to automatically invoice my customers periodically, can I do this, or do I need to switch to something else.

You might want to look at quickbooks for dummies. Should be possible to get a copy from the library. Or you may think it's worth investing in.

It is very, er.... American though.

I've just bought "Quickbooks 2005 - The Missing Manual" from Amazon. About £17 delivered and quite useful and readable. Very American though - as I suspect allsuch books will be.
