I have just been looking at these as a mate sent me a link. It is a bot that is using commonly searched terms to download images to generate the products and list to Amazon.

For some reason it seems to have focused a lot on medical terms if you have a browse of all the cases.

Im not really sure what has happened. I remember another similar bot that someone used with the "Keep calm and carry on" tshirts. It was using trending words from twitter ect and was listings tshirts with "keep calm and rape".

Great idea in theory.

Over 31,000 cases listed though.Must have got some sales from it.
