new window sizes

how do I get internet explorer windows to open full size rather than the 1/4 size box that opens now.

Its really bugging me

Well to get them normal full screen you should just be able to press the maximise button (the one at the top right corner of the window, the middle one of the three)
If that fails try double clicking the bar at the top of the window with the three buttons on it and the title of the page. For here it would be PH: Gassing Station

For full full screen, press F11.

My new laptop did this.
Drag the bottom right of the 'minimised' window until it fills the screen (or is as big as you want it).
Close down IE and then any new windows opened will be the 'new' size.
