Your oldest excel spreadsheet still in use
Discussion
I use Book1 almost everyday at work for the last 10 years...
But truthfully, I'm still using a variant of a sheet I first set up in 2007 nearly every day, I've changed some of the formatting etc and added some more pages/inputs, but there is no way I want to re-write all the nested if(and(or functions I have inside it again anytime in a hurry.

I've got a spreadsheet of my car models that started out on the freebie version of excel that was distributed with windows '95 and has been converted to excel and enhanced over the years (probably first written mid '90s).
I was recently talking to some apprentices, I've used office productivity suites pretty much since they came out, StarOffice/OpenOffice as well as Office and in all that time I think I've had 5 days of formal training. Currently doing a 'data analysis with excel' course and I've finally worked out what pivot tables are all about.
The oldest I actually -use- regularly is my car cost tracker, which only goes back to my previous motor, but that was bought in 2004
I've got a box of floppies with Lotus spreadsheets going back to 1995, according to the label, but I'd have to dig out my USB floppy drive to see if they are still readable.
Even then, I'd have to poke around a while to find something that would actually -open- them

I have a 20 year old spreadsheet (well early 1998, to be precise) that I still use occasionally. It is a statistical tool for looking at changes in attribute datasets using chi-square analysis. Not sure the stats are truly accurate but helps occasionally now in my work environment. Not changed the background functionality in it since 1998, but obviously applying to different datasets!

I use a few working in finance, but one in particular was developed by a previous co-worker back in 1998 to handle all aspects of fixed assets. I made a copy and have literally taken it to every job I've been to since, and still use it on a weekly, if not daily basis.
Does it have the flight simulator embedded? Gassing Station | Computers, Gadgets & Stuff | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
