Anyone have any experience of either of these? How do you find coverage / support?

Thanks.

I'm on Virgin.

They use EE network. Coverage never been an issue, and the price is very good.

I pay £15 per month, 2500 mins, unlimited texts, 4Gb data - SIM only

Data rolls over for one month if unused.

Same but £10 per month, 2500 mins, unlimted text, 8gb data (double data and the roll over deals, I have 6gb of data left of 11gb and it resets on the 15th) - sim only, Monthly contract so I can keep changing my deal as better ones come along. But I spend £50 on virgin fibre so got a special offer as an existing customer.

The virgin android app is pretty good too, keeps you informed on what you've used and isn't intrusive.

Its worth keeping an eye out for a special offer.

Not a Fibre or TV customer, mine deal is the normal one.

Mine is a rolling monthly contract too, but it looks like they are now 12 mth contracts for new customers.

OP - I just checked on Virgin and they have some deals on at the moment in their "sale".

I'm on Sky Mobile and it's been fine so far. I moved from Three and I now get coverage everywhere. I like that your data rolls over for 3 years IIRC and I have bought another SIM only plan for my son and the saved data is all pooled together.

Went with the Virgin Sim Only special offer last year. £15 a month for 20GB with any unused rolling over. Once you get a couple of months in, you don't generally eat into your principal 20GB so it gets rolled over.

Thanks Guys.

It is a toss up between Virgin £9 for 5gb or Sky £15 for 5gb. Sky rolls over fully but Virgin only for one month.

Re pooling data - does that mean that if my wife got a 1gb SIM and me a 5gb SIMO plan then we could share the data? - ETA: this is the Sky Piggybank. Looks like a decent idea tbh..

I logged into the MySky account and my sons number and my number both share the same amount of piggyback data.

I have a few codes for 25% off mobile plans through friends and family if you'd like one:

Your friends and family can enjoy 25% off every data plan with or without a phone, and get free Unlimited Calls and Texts for 30 months when they join Sky Mobile. Plus, if they’ve got Sky TV, their free Unlimited Calls and Texts will continue for as long as they remain a customer.

Share the beneifts of Sky Mobile and your friends can Roll over unused data to use next month, next year or even three years. They've got the freedom to change their plan and Mix up their data every month.

Sound good? Send a friend who will love this deal a code using the form below.

Make sure you follow us on Chatter @Friendsandfamily for the latest updates on all our offers.

Yes please. The wife was joining Sky Mobile regardless, but with that then I may as well also. We have Sky TV so we will get our calls / texts free as well.

Thanks.
