Jools,

Try www.laptopbits.co.uk

New keyboard for a Yankee Tecra 8000 cost me about £40 and took minutes to install.

Job done.

START --> CONTROL PANEL --> SWITCH TO CLASSIC VIEW --> REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS

Then select English (United Kingdom).

Check through the tabs and make sure everything is set to the UK, not USA.

Control Panel/Region and language options/Languages(tab)/Details(button)

If it doesn't say English(United Kingdom), then you need to add it. Then delete the US one. you will need to restart your pc for it to take effect.
