More spyware - Hotbar...

I installed Hotbar a while back, then removed it.

Spybot catches it everytime I run it and helpfully offers to remove the offending item.

Then next time I run Spybot, there it is again. Any ideas on permanent removal?

Start windows in safe mode (press F8 repeatedly on startup) then run your anti-spyawre stuff. Spybot et al cannot delete the spyware if it's running so starting in safe mode stops any nasties running
