Refurbished iPhones?

I have an SE right now and was probably going to get a 6s as the internals are the same just a bigger screen.
iOS 12 looks supported as well as (probably) the next couple after that - can anyone see any real benefit paying for a 7?
The phone isn't my primary device so a pristine 6s for £240 or so seems a good compromise between price and latest and greatest.

I've both bought a refurbished iPhone 7 and sold my 6S via Music Magpie this summer. No issues at all with phone or incoming payment.

Thank you, reading online it looks like Music Magpie and Quick Mobile Fix both come well recommended.
There don't seem to be that many "pristine" handsets - do people think it's worth paying the £80 or so premium for a 7 over a 6s?
Given my SE is a 6s internals and seems quick enough I'm struggling with quite what the 7 would offer unless it's simply that it'll support another additional future release of iOS where the 6s may not.

Good point, though I don't use it for music/audio that often but it's something I'd overlooked.A 64GB 6s seems to be around £250 which looks a cracking buy.
£330 or so gets either a 7 or a 6s Plus and given one of the reasons I'm thinking of changing is because the SE screen just feels too small, it's whether to go nuts and get the Plus.

Presume it's the high street presence but literally they seem £100 more.
The longevity is something I'm contemplating, tbh if I get 2 years out of anything it's probably done it's job, issue being there's a point where I think you just fancy a change regardless of how much the thing you have cost or what it is, you just get an itch

You can get a brand new iPhone 7 from Authorised Dealers for £299 inc Vat at the moment.
Bought one for my dad from istore.co.uk the other day. More than enough for what he wants.
Apparently all the later phones are made in China so in short supply whereas the iPhone 7 is made in India so they've upped production to cover things until manufacturing resumes.

I mean I know you can take it to a shop to have it changed...but a battery is a consumable item ffs. The consumer should be able to change it.

Ditto - my 7 Plus but it's down to 30% by the end of the day. But I didn't want to splash £1k on a new 11 that doesn't have 5G (sure it's not a biggy right now but nevertheless) so I went for used iPhone X instead.Dr Doofenshmirtz said:
